How to Submit a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Fair treatment matters when you contact Starttransferred Concrete. Please let us know if your experience falls short. This page explains how to raise a concern and how we handle it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Concerns We Can Receive
You may contact us about:
- Your experience with our phone or messaging service
- How your personal information was used or handled
- Website information that seems confusing or inaccurate
- The behavior of a provider referred through us
When the Concern Involves Project Work
Providers in our network are separate businesses. They are responsible for their estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. For a problem with work at your home, first speak directly with the provider and keep written records.
Please also share the issue with us. Provider feedback supports accountability within our network. Providers with repeated shortcomings may be removed. However, Starttransferred Concrete cannot settle disputes over contracts, return payments made to a provider or represent that provider.
Details to Send
Submit your complaint to contact@starttransferred.property. Include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number used or form submitted, if you remember
- The provider's name, if known
- A brief account of the issue and the action you want us to take
How We Handle Your Message
We acknowledge complaints by email, usually within a few business days. We then examine the issue, which may involve contacting the provider. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we intend to take.
Asking for Another Review
If our answer does not address your concern, reply and request another review. You may also approach your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. A state contractor licensing board may offer help when the complaint involves a licensed provider.
